How to use the whitening kit?
Getting Started
We recommend that you perform the treatment in the morning or evening. Before use, brush your teeth thoroughly with regular toothpaste.
Apply PAP+ primer
Apply a base coat to each tooth using PAP+ primer. Wait 10 seconds, then spit out excess fluids before starting whitening.
Apply PAP+ Whitening Gel
One tube contains enough gel for one treatment. Apply half of the tube to the top and the other half to the bottom of the mouthpiece.
Start the whitening process
Place the LED light in your mouth and make sure the gel is in direct contact with your teeth. Press the button to turn on the whitening process. The whitening process takes 16 minutes.
The device will alert you with an audible warning and automatically switch off after 16 minutes. Remove excess gel and rinse your mouth with water.
Maintenance of the device
The LED device is waterproof. Rinse thoroughly under running water after use. Dry the device before storing.
How long before I see the results?
The whitening results should be visible after the first application. Results may vary from individual to individual based on the original shade of the teeth, the origin of the yellowing of the teeth or genetic predisposition.
Do whitening gels contain hydrogen peroxide?
They don't. Our PAP+ whitening gels are based on PAP without side effects such as increased tooth sensitivity.

However, it can be useful in keeping the surrounding teeth the same shade as those that have had dental work done on them.
